    I experienced moderate to severe myalgia shortly after starting Welchol, and it continues to this day. (6 months later.) Only Co Q 10 helps.

    I experience sweats but the benefit out weights the side effect.

    I have been taking welchor for 3 months because of extremely high hereditary LDL numbers. I couldn’t take statins so tried this non statin medication along with exercise & proper diet. It has lowered my LDL by 100 points!! The only side effect that I experience is headache when I drink alchohol of any kind so I drink moderately every once in a while. The medication has made a hugh difference in my cholesterol
