I am experiencing under the skin bleeding on left leg. My current dosage of warfarin is 10 mg twice a week, 5 mg 5 times a week
I had no side effects until after 4 months of 5 mg per day. Suddenly, everything happened at once. Bruising all over my body, blood in my urine, felt very tired, my big toe hurt (but it never turned colors) frequent dizzy spells, and I lost my appetite. All this lasted a week. My dosage was reduced to 1.25 mg per day and I’m better now.
