I have taken prevastatin for the last 3-4 years now. In the last 6-12 mos. I have noticed increased joint pain in my hips, hands, shoulders and feet. I am currently being treated for plantar faciitis for the last 8 months taking Daypro 600 mg daily. After stopping Daypro due to Drs. request I have noticed the joint pain return. Is the prevastain causing all my pain?! Someone told me that there Cholesterol meds. caused plantar faciitis. I am a housewife and only 50 years old. I would’nt think I should be having all this joint pain.
