I’ve been taking Lexapro for just 5 days. The first 2 days I had anxiety and irregular heart beat. Third day felt pretty good. Fourth and fifth day my blood pressure has spiked really high. I’m sure it’s from the Lexapro. Don’t know if I should stop it and try something else or if this will stop. It really scares me. I am going to go see my Doctor tomorrow but wondered what your thoughts would be and if other people have had this problem.
