I took 750mg levaquin for 5 days, then 500mg for 10 days trying to fight off pneumonia and broncial aggrivation. When I took it at night, it prevented me from getting a good nights sleep. Now I am left with something that resembles acid reflux. I have a lot of sticky phlegm that clogs my airways and prevents me from breathing properly. I get panicky but after a hot of the Albuteral inhaler I cough up some frothy phlegm and life goes on. It is mainly clear but in the am has some added yellow spots. I am still undergoing tests at the Drs but from what I have read, it seems like reflux; Mainly after meals. Any ideas? I have never had this problem before although reflux does run in the family.
