   I cannot get over how badly my body feels after about six months on Aromasin. Cannot do ANYTHING I used to do …. numbness of arms and hands keep me awake at night, stiffness is utterly debilitating all day long, lack of energy is depressing, etc., etc. I often wonder if the oncs can even relate and are just using us as guinea pigs for 10 – 15 years before fully understanding the success or failure of this drug.

   How long must I suffer the severe side effects of Aromasin? I took Arimidex for 8 months then switched to Aromasin thinking side effect would be different-Wrong–Have been taking Aromasin for three months have difficulty getting out of bed.my shoulders,knees and hips hurt so badly would Lyrica be beneficial? I am 68yrs had mastectomy for breast cancer 8/07 no radiation or chemo. take ASA and Ibuprofen.sometimes the pain is so severe that I have to take Mepergan Fortis.
