Severe akesthesia, cogentin and valium only helped - started at 15 mg - went up to 30mg, on came the most severe akesthesia I have ever encountered. Pacing for hours, clawing at my chest, screaming for it to stop in the corner of my bathroom, extremem irritability. Very much affected my quality of life. Made me scared to try other antipsychotics. On Geodon now, seems fine. I do well on risperdal as well, but have weight gain.
