Zyvoxidlet Side Effects Report #5361009-7
Zyvoxidlet side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on June 06, 2007. Female patient, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Zyvoxidlet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: epistaxis, haematoma, haemolytic anaemia, haemolytic uraemic syndrome, thrombocytopenia. Zyvoxidlet dosage: DAILY DOSE:1400MG. During the same period patient was treated with PROGRAF, COTRIM, MYFORTIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient was diagnosed with arthritis bacterial, candidiasis, prophylaxis and was treated with Zyvoxidlet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia. Zyvoxidlet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRIFLUCAN, LOVENOX, LASIX, ATARAX, MONICOR, DOLIPRANE, SERESTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
