Male patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with skin infection, soft tissue infection, hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Zyvoxidlet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain
, anaemia, dehydration, hypotension, nausea

, visual disturbance. Zyvoxidlet dosage: 1200 MG (600 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, DEXTROPROPOXYPHENE CHLORHYDRATE, KETOPROFEN, FLECAINIDE ACETATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
