After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysgeusia, nausea , oral intake reduced, weight decreased. Zyvox dosage: 1200 MG (600 MG, 2 IN 1 D), INTRAVENOUS; 1200 MG (600 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN. Patient recovered.
