Male patient, weighting 85.98 lb, was diagnosed with staphylococcal sepsis, pruritus, hyperuricaemia, cholelithiasis, neuropathy peripheral, constipation , oedema due to renal disease, nephrotic syndrome and was treated with Zyvox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination, platelet count decreased. Zyvox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, CYANOCOBALAMIN, PURSENNID, LASIX, PERSANTIN, CELTECT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
