After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, grand mal convulsion. Zyvox dosage: 1200 MG (600 MG,2 IN 1 D). During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, RIFAMPICIN, NEURONTIN, DEPAKOTE. Patient recovered.
