After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: leukopenia, prescribed overdose, thrombocytopenia. Zyprexa dosage: 10 MG, DAILY (1/D) ORAL, 20 MG DAILY (1/D) ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM, TAVOR, HALDOL, MELPERONE, AKINETON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
