Male patient, weighting 210.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, depression  and was treated with Zyprexa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, diabetes mellitus, diabetic coma, overdose, presyncope, weight increased. Zyprexa dosage: 5 MG, DAILY (1/D). During the same period patient was treated with CYMBALTA. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM CARBONATE, SPIRONOLACTONE, PATOZOL, TOREM, ATACAND SWE, ALLOPURINOL, VITAMIN B12. Patient died.
