Zymar side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 13, 2005. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with postoperative care, preoperative care and was treated with Zymar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: endophthalmitis, post procedural complication, staphylococcal infection . Zymar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDTE, LOPRESSOR, TAGAMET, ZESTRIL, LASIX, PANTOPRAZOLE, PLETAL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: endophthalmitis, eye pain, postoperative infection, staphylococcal infection , visual acuity reduced. Zymar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FREDTE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, TYLENOL. Patient recovered.
