Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 230.0 lb, was diagnosed with cataract operation and was treated with Zymar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, diplopia, eyelid ptosis. Zymar dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
