Zyloric Side Effects Report #5480582-1
Zyloric side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SPAIN on Oct 04, 2007. Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperuricaemia, hyperthyroidism, cardiac failure congestive and was treated with Zyloric. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, mitral valve incompetence, neutrophil count decreased, pyrexia, rash papulosquamous. Zyloric dosage: 300MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TIRODRIL, RENITEC, SEGURIL, CHLORTHALIDONE, COROPRES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 90 years of age, was diagnosed with obstructive airways disorder and was treated with Zyloric. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, dermatitis bullous, dermatitis exfoliative, erythema, face oedema, mucous membrane disorder, pyrexia, skin disorder. Zyloric dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with AUGMENTIN, RULID, APROVEL, LASIX, LEVOTHYROXINE, VASTAREL, LIPANTHYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/06/2009.

Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, varicose vein  and was treated with Zyloric. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aplastic anaemia, bicytopenia, dyspnoea, ecchymosis, haematoma, petechiae, pneumonia , pyrexia, renal failure. Zyloric dosage: 300MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TORSEMIDE, AMLODIPINE, SIMVASTATIN, METFORMIN, ADIRO, COZAAR, ESBERIVEN. Patient died on 11/20/2008.

Zyloric dosage: 300MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with AUGMENTIN, REVLIMID, IMOVANE, LEXOMIL, LYTOS, OGAST, SKENAN, MORPHINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
