After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, febrile neutropenia, international normalised ratio decreased, pulmonary embolism

During the same period patient was treated with MERCAPTOPURINE, WARFARIN, DILTIAZEM, MORPHINE SULPHATE, OXYCODONE, ACETAMINOPHEN, DOCUSATE. Patient was hospitalized.
