Zyloprim side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Feb 13, 2009. Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with disease recurrence, embolism and was treated with Zyloprim. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, febrile neutropenia, international normalised ratio decreased, pulmonary embolism , supraventricular tachycardia, therapeutic response decreased, thrombocytopenia. Zyloprim dosage: 300 MG; QD;. During the same period patient was treated with MERCAPTOPURINE, WARFARIN, DILTIAZEM, MORPHINE SULPHATE, OXYCODONE, ACETAMINOPHEN, DOCUSATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, epistaxis, haematuria, oxygen saturation decreased, pulmonary embolism , tachycardia, thrombocytopenia. Zyloprim dosage: 300 MG PO QD FOR 14 DAYS. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.
