Zyloprim side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Feb 15, 2006. Male patient, 68 years of age, was treated with Zyloprim. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma hepatic, hepatic failure, lobar pneumonia, pharyngolaryngeal pain, stevens-johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Zyloprim dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, ATENOLOL, AMINO ACIDS, FUROSEMIDE, SPIRONOLACTONE, URSODEOXYCHOLIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Zyloprim side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Feb 10, 2005. Male patient, weighting 202.8 lb, was treated with Zyloprim. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphagia, mucosal inflammation, neutropenia, pharyngolaryngeal pain, pyrexia. Zyloprim dosage: 300 MG PO QD FOR 14 DAYS. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
