Zyflo side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 17, 2007. Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with asthma What is  asthma and was treated with Zyflo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthma What is  asthma, cardiomyopathy What is  cardiomyopathy. Zyflo dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMIODARONE, DIGOXIN, LOVENOX, ALBUTEROL, BUDESONIDE, ATROVENT, AVELOX, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/16/2007.

Zyflo side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 10, 2007. Female patient, weighting 249.0 lb, was diagnosed with asthma What is  asthma and was treated with Zyflo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, cardiac failure congestive, cardiogenic shock, cardiomegaly, cardiomyopathy What is  cardiomyopathy, cholecystectomy, myocardial infarction. Zyflo dosage: (60 MG QID ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with AMIODARONE, DIGOXIN, LOVENOX, ALBUTEROL, BUDESONIDE, ATROVENT, AVELOX, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/11/2007.
