Zyflo side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Mar 11, 2009. Female patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with asthma  and was treated with Zyflo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction. Zyflo dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NASACORT, PEPCID, ZYRTEC, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction. Zyflo dosage: (1200 MG BID ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with CLOTRIMAZOLE, EVISTA, SINGULAIR, ADVAIR DISKUS, COMBIVENT, DIOVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
