Male patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with varicella, antiviral prophylaxis and was treated with Zovirax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, contusion, haemorrhage, multi-organ failure, musculoskeletal chest pain, rash maculo-papular. Zovirax dosage: 10 MG/KG/ INTRAVENOUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
