Female patient, 39 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with soft tissue infection and was treated with Zosyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: stevens-johnson syndrome. Zosyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN. Patient recovered.
