Zosyn side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 20, 2006. Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia  and was treated with Zosyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: sepsis , thrombocytopenia. Zosyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, LINEZOLID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catheter related infection, clostridium difficile colitis, contraindication to medical treatment, meningioma, multi-organ failure, myocardial infarction, sepsis , septic shock.
