Zosyn side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 04, 2006. Male patient, 83 years of age, weighting 150.1 lb, was diagnosed with osteomyelitis and was treated with Zosyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic failure, hepatitis , myalgia, neutropenia, renal failure, subdural haematoma, thrombocytopenia. Zosyn dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/12/2005.

Patient recovered.
