After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypersensitivity. Zosyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN AND CLAVULANATE POTASSIUM, PERCOCET, PEPCID, DEMEROL, PHENERGAN, LOVENOX, LORTAB. Patient recovered.
