Zosyn Side Effects Report #6081507-0
Zosyn side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Feb 10, 2009. Male patient, weighting 15.94 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis urinary tract infection, heart disease congenital, prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer and was treated with Zosyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood chloride increased, body temperature increased, diarrhoea, urine output decreased, white blood cell count increased. Zosyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INOVAN, LASIX, GASTER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Zosyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, ENOXAPARIN, ALBUTEROL, HALOPERIDOL, INSULIN, IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, PNEUMOVAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
