Zorbtive side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 29, 2008. Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 168.0 lb, was diagnosed with short-bowel syndrome and was treated with Zorbtive. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catheter related infection, nausea
, pyrexia, white blood cell count decreased. Zorbtive dosage: 7 MG, 1 IN 1 DAYS, SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with IMODIUM, GLUTAMINE, PREVACID, SCOPOLAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
