Zorbtive side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 05, 2007. Female patient, 33 years of age, weighting 197.9 lb, was diagnosed with short-bowel syndrome and was treated with Zorbtive. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , bacteraemia, headache , international normalised ratio decreased, international normalised ratio increased. Zorbtive dosage: 8.0MG QD SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with COREG, COUMADIN, LANTUS, LISINOPRIL, LOPERAMIDE, OPIUM, PLAQUENIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 129.2 lb, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal disorder and was treated with Zorbtive. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacteraemia, diarrhoea, nephrolithiasis. Zorbtive dosage: 6.0MG QD SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with COREG, ZOCOR, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, CODEINE SUL, PREVACID, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
