Zopiclone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Apr 29, 2008. Female patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with sleep disorder  and was treated with Zopiclone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, hepatic steatosis, overdose, pulmonary oedema. Zopiclone dosage: (7.5 MG WAS PRESCRIBED PRIOR TO THE OVERDOSE) (7.5 MG), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MIRTAZAPINE, AMITRIPTLINE, ANADIN EXTRA, DILTIAZEM, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, depressed level of consciousness, overdose. Zopiclone dosage: 225 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLPIDEM. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, IMPRAMINE, AMPHETAMINE SULPHATE, METHAMPHETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.
