Zophren side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Feb 20, 2009. Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with vomiting and was treated with Zophren. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eosinophilia, pruritus, rash maculo-papular, rash papular, skin necrosis, toxic skin eruption. Zophren dosage: 8MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with EMEND, VAXIGRIP, NEBIVOLOL, AMARYL, LASIX, GLIMEPIRIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with agranulocytosis, fungal infection , lung adenocarcinoma metastatic, pain  and was treated with Zophren. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: oropharyngeal blistering, prurigo, renal failure acute, skin disorder, stevens-johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, toxic skin eruption. Zophren dosage: 16MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TIENAM, TRIFLUCAN, ALIMTA, PRIMPERAN, FUNGIZONE, AMLOD, ALDACTONE, ADVIL LIQUI. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/24/2008.
