Female patient, 56 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with vomiting, bradycardia and was treated with Zophren. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angina pectoris, atrial fibrillation , bradycardia, chest pain , electrocardiogram repolarisation abnormality, hypotension, myocardial ischaemia, troponin increased. Zophren dosage: 4MG SINGLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with ATROPINE. Patient recovered.
