Zophren side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Feb 02, 2005. Male patient, 46 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting, squamous cell carcinoma, pneumonia  and was treated with Zophren. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic failure, hepatitis cholestatic, hepatocellular damage. Zophren dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN, OMEPRAZOLE, LOVENOX, GEMZAR, KETEK, SURBRONC, MEDROL, ETHYOL. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ETOPOSIDE, CARBOPLATIN, CISPLATIN, VINCRISTINE, BACTRIM DS, NEUPOGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
