Female patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting, lung neoplasm and was treated with Zophren. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, white blood cell count decreased. Zophren dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LARGACTIL, PRIMPERAN, NAVELBINE, CISPLATIN, TRANXENE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
