Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with malignant melanoma and was treated with Zophren. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chromaturia, faeces pale, hepatocellular injury, jaundice cholestatic, ocular icterus. Zophren dosage: 8MG CYCLIC. During the same period patient was treated with FOTEMUSTINE, TAHOR, ALDARA, DETENSIEL, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, body temperature increased, hyperglycaemia, thirst. Zophren dosage: 8MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PLITICAN, ELOXATIN, GEMZAR, SERMION, TRANXENE, DIOVENOR, LUDIOMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Zophren dosage: 8MG CYCLIC. During the same period patient was treated with MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY, CAMPTOSAR, CETUXIMAB, DURAGESIC, PROPOFAN, PRIMPERAN, IMOVANE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , asthenia, chest x-ray abnormal, dyspnoea, hypoxia, interstitial lung disease, obstructive airways disorder, respiratory distress. Zophren dosage: 8MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LAROXYL, PARACETAMOL, CISPLATIN, TAXOTERE, SKENAN, MORPHINE SULPHATE, MEDROL. Patient died on 09/24/2005.
