After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: grand mal convulsion. Zonisamide dosage: 200 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with KEPPRA, TEGRETOL, MECLIZINE, FIORINAL W, PAROXETINE. Patient recovered.
