Zonisamide side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Nov 06, 2006. Male patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with epilepsy What is  epilepsy and was treated with Zonisamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, anuria, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood disorder, convulsion, dermatitis exfoliative, diarrhoea. Zonisamide dosage: 200 MG, 2 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ADALAT, VALPROATE, PHENOBARBITAL, ALLELOCK, HOMOCLOMIN, LASIX, PREDNISOLONE. Patient died on 07/08/2006.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
