Male patient, 66 years of age, weighting 129.0 lb, was diagnosed with metastases to bone and was treated with Zometa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anhedonia, anxiety , bone disorder, chronic sinusitis, dental operation, flank pain, gingivitis, hydronephrosis, inflammation. Zometa dosage: 4 MG, QW3. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, MEVACOR, TOPROL, ZOCOR, ECOTRIN, LUPRON, PAXIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
