Female patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Zoledronate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone debridement, bone disorder, local anaesthesia, osteitis, osteonecrosis , pain , paraesthesia oral, surgery , ulcer . Zoledronate dosage: 4 MG, QMO. Patient recovered.
