After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aseptic necrosis bone, impaired healing, sinusitis . Zoledronate dosage: 4 MG, ONCE A YEAR. During the same period patient was treated with CALCIUM GLUCONATE, VITAMIN D3, ACYCLOVIR, ISOCILLIN, URSO FALK, PANTOPRAZOLE, PREDNISOLONE, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
