Female patient, 37 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with uterine leiomyoma, vaginal haemorrhage and was treated with Zoladex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, migraine , pyrexia, tension headache, vomiting. Zoladex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIPIRONA, SUMAX, ORMIGREIN, TYLENOL DC, ACETAMINOPHEN W, METHERGINE. Patient recovered.
