After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: injection site discomfort, necrosis, rash . Zofran dosage: 4MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL, INSULIN, ALBUTEROL, SIMVASTATIN, OMEPRAZOLE, VANCOMYCIN. Patient recovered.
