After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, cardiac failure congestive, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, loss of consciousness, ventricular extrasystoles. Zofran dosage: 4 MG ONCE IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with TRIMETHOBENZAMIDE, CARVEDILOL, PANTOPRAZOLE, ENOXAPARIN, CILOSTAZOL. Patient recovered.
