Zofran side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 08, 2005. Male patient, 79 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with vomiting and was treated with Zofran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, cardiac failure congestive, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, loss of consciousness, ventricular extrasystoles. Zofran dosage: 4 MG ONCE IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with TRIMETHOBENZAMIDE, CARVEDILOL, PANTOPRAZOLE, ENOXAPARIN, CILOSTAZOL. Patient recovered.
