Zofran side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Oct 25, 2007. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 178.6 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting, colorectal cancer  and was treated with Zofran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood pressure decreased, diarrhoea, feeling hot, hyperhidrosis, hyperthermia, loss of consciousness, malaise, oxygen saturation decreased. Zofran dosage: 8MG SEE TEXT. During the same period patient was treated with MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY, METHYLPREDNISOLONE SUCCINATE, DURAGESIC, CAFFEINE, ZOPICLONE, PARAFFINE LIQUIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
