Female patient, child 6 years of age, weighting 35.27 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting, neuroblastoma  and was treated with Zofran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , blood pressure increased, dystonia , extrapyramidal disorder, overdose, torticollis, vertigo.
