Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 140.2 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Zofran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anaemia, asthenia, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, dehydration, difficulty in walking, disorientation. Zofran dosage: 4MG AS REQUIRED. During the same period patient was treated with ALIMTA, TOPROL, VITAMIN, INTRAVENOUS FLUIDS, COMPAZINE, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
