After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation. Zithromac dosage: DAILY DOSE:500MG. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve stenosis, bronchitis , cardiac failure, cardiac murmur, cardiomegaly, cholelithiasis, cholestasis, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hepatic cyst. Zithromac dosage: 500 MG (500 MG , 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PL GRAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/12/2004.
