Ziprasidone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from INDIA on June 25, 2007. Female patient, 25 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Ziprasidone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt prolonged, hyporeflexia, hypotonia, insomnia, intentional overdose, loss of consciousness, miosis, respiratory depression, suicide attempt. Ziprasidone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, RISPERIDONE, DIVALPROEX, TRIHEXYPHENIDYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
