Female patient, 25 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Ziprasidone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt prolonged, hyporeflexia, hypotonia, insomnia, intentional overdose, loss of consciousness, miosis, respiratory depression, suicide attempt. Ziprasidone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, RISPERIDONE, DIVALPROEX, TRIHEXYPHENIDYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
