Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Ziprasidone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, inappropriate affect, libido increased, pressure of speech, psychomotor hyperactivity, schizophrenia, disorganised type, thinking abnormal. Ziprasidone dosage: 160 MG (80 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NIFEDIPINE, CAPTOPRIL, ACTOS, HALDOL, COGENTIN, LIPITOR, GLYBURIDE, METFORMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
